Shipping & Returns

1. All products are shipped FedEx ground (unless shipping to a PO box or outside of the continental US in which case they would ship USPS.  Dr Sears is not responsible for packages shipping via USPS.)
2. All products are shipped within 72 hours of processing
3. Please allow 6-9 business days from the placement of order for delivery (any order shipping outside of the continental US may take up to 2 - 3 weeks for delivery)
4. There is a 35 day return policy from the date shipped
5. Prior to sending the return, please call 1-800-518-2774 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the 35th day from the original ship date
6. All returns must have an RMA # to be processed
7. No return will be accepted without an RMA #
8. Dr. Sears is not responsible for any returns that do not arrive or are lost in transit
9. We encourage all returns to be sent using a shipping method that has either a tracking number or requires a signature for the customer's protection (i.e. FedEx ground, UPS, etc) 
10. All approved returns will receive a refund of 100% of the purchase price of the product and any sales tax if applicable
11. We do not refund shipping and handling
